 Welcome and Thank you for choosing to stay at Ballan Caravan Park. We’re delighted to have you stay with us, and we hope you enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. 

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT 

• CHECK-IN IS FROM 2:00 PM. 
• CHECK-OUT IS STRICTLY BY 10:00 AM. LATE CHECK-OUT MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES. 
• EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT AND MAY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. 

PARK RULES 

• Speed limit within the park is 5km/h at all times. 
• Washing of vehicles is not permitted in the park. 
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests. Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, or misuse of facilities will not be tolerated. 
• Campfires are not permitted in the park. Electric and gas BBQs are permitted only. 
• No refunds are provided for early departures and no-shows. 
• We are a pet friendly park! Pets are welcome, but must be declared at time of booking and are to be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed inside amenities block, and owners are to pick up and dispose of all waste. Aggressive or excessive noisy pets may be asked to leave the premises. 
• Campers must keep their site neat, tidy, and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. 
• Shared amenities (toilets, showers, laundry) must be used respectfully and left clean after use. Children must be supervised at all times while using park facilities. 
• Only one vehicle is permitted per site unless prior approval is granted. 
• Ballan Caravan Park takes no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of guests' personal property. Guests enter and use the park at their own risk. 
• Any damage to park property will be charged to the responsible guest. 
• There is to be strictly NO SMOKING inside Cabins and amenities block at all times. 
• NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES to be on the premises at all times. Doing so will result in immediate cancellation of visit and guests will not be refunded. 

Management reserves the right to evict any person(s) not complying with park rules or behaving inappropriately. By entering Ballan Caravan Park, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
